Set speed
Sets the speed of the selected vehicle as a percentage, where 0 is stopped and 100 is full speed.

How it works
- The percentage is converted to a speed step of the vehicle's decoder (14, 28 or 128 speed steps), so the same percentage gives a comparable speed on every vehicle.
- The direction of travel does not change.
- How fast the vehicle actually accelerates or brakes to the new speed depends on the acceleration and braking settings of the decoder.
- The execution log shows the speed step that was sent.
TIP
Use a vehicle profile instead when you want the speed to be tuned per vehicle: "slow" can then mean 20% for one locomotive and 35% for another.
